You probably have noticed that almost everything we offer is created by me using mostly antlers and wood. As you know, Mother Nature creates everything uniquely. Just as no two snowflakes are identical, neither are two antlers or two pieces of wood. Therefore, it is important to remember that the art piece you receive will be unlike any other.
On many occasions, the piece you order will be made especially for you. Because of this, your piece might not match identically the example you picked out on this website. Because many items are created especially for you, sometimes I won't be able to ship your item the same day you ordered it. My policy is to ship most things within five business days of your order. If you have any question or concerns, or are on a special time schedule, I invite you to call me. I would love to visit with you.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please call me and we will see what we can do to replace, change or refund your order.
If you are ordering a custom chandelier, we will need to visit back and forth and reach an agreement on exactly what you desire. In this case, I may not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. However, I always do my best to please and delight my customers.
For large orders, such as a chandelier, we must be very careful in shipping so your art piece arrives safely. It is best in these instances to arrange a delivery service. Therefore, when ordering a chandelier, you must call me so we can determine the very best way to deliver your product.
